YallaSend is a secure file delivery platform with payment-protected access, designed for freelancers, creators, agencies, and businesses operating in Tunisia.
YallaSend allows a user, referred to as the “Creator,” to upload one or more digital files, set a price, and share a secure link with a recipient, referred to as the “Receiver.”
The file remains locked and inaccessible until payment has been successfully confirmed by YallaSend through server-side verification.
The service is available to freelancers, creators, agencies, and businesses operating in Tunisia, provided that they supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for account creation, payment processing, and verification purposes where applicable.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on the platform.

Payments made in Tunisia are processed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) through payment methods integrated into the platform.
YallaSend may charge a commission on paid downloads, according to the pricing terms displayed on the platform or communicated to the Creator.
Downloads are unlocked only after successful server-side payment confirmation. Front-end validation alone does not constitute payment confirmation.
Delivery is provided in digital form only.
Once payment has been confirmed, the Receiver is granted access to the file through a secure temporary link, which may be subject to:
Delivery is deemed completed once the secure access to the file has been activated and made available to the Receiver.
Before the file is unlocked, a cancellation request may be reviewed if payment has been initiated but the digital delivery has not yet been executed.
Due to the nature of the service provided by YallaSend, namely secure and immediate digital delivery after payment confirmation, the order becomes final once access to the file has been activated or the download has started, except in cases required by law, technical error, duplicate payment, clear non-conformity, or failure to provide the service.
Because YallaSend provides digital files, return and exchange conditions do not apply in the same way as they do for physical goods.
Refund requests may be reviewed in particular in the following cases:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to the technical constraints of the payment provider.
Refunds are not automatic once a file has been unlocked or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or proven delivery failure.

Creators retain full ownership of the files they upload.
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary rights to sell, distribute, or share the content made available through YallaSend.
The upload of illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious content is strictly prohibited.
YallaSend reserves the right to suspend or remove any content that violates its rules, security standards, or applicable law.
