YallaSend Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Service

YallaSend provides a payment-protected file delivery platform designed for freelancers, creators, and businesses in Tunisia. The service allows users ("Creators") to upload files, set a price, and share a secure link with "Receivers". The file remains locked and inaccessible for download until YallaSend confirms the payment has been successfully processed via server-side verification.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

The service is available to individual freelancers, such as photographers and designers, as well as agencies operating in Tunisia. Users must provide accurate information for payment processing and account verification.

3. Payment Terms and Commissions

4. File Handling and Security

5. Content Responsibility and Intellectual Property

Creators retain all ownership of the files they upload. Creators are solely responsible for the content of their files and must ensure they have the necessary rights to sell or distribute said content. YallaSend strictly prohibits the upload of illegal, infringing, or malicious content

6. Refunds and Trust Friction

To address the local "trust friction" regarding online payments and refunds in Tunisia, YallaSend acts as a secure intermediary. The payment-before-download workflow is specifically designed to protect the Creator's work and ensure payment is received. Specific refund policies regarding digital deliveries will be governed by Tunisian electronic commerce regulations.

7. Data Privacy

In alignment with Tunisian digital standards and the platform's focus on secure delivery, YallaSend collects and processes data necessary for payment verification, file security, and abuse detection.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. As YallaSend is designed to fit the Tunisian Startup Act criteria, it adheres to the regulatory framework provided for innovative digital enterprises in the region.
