Tabuk is one of the major cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located in the northwestern part of the country, near the border with Jordan. Tabuk is the capital of the Tabuk Administrative Region, and is distinguished by its strategic location and ancient history, as it was an important station on the ancient trade route (the incense route) and the pilgrims' route. Tabuk is located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia, about 700 km north of Medina. Tabuk relies heavily on agriculture, as it produces fruits such as grapes, pomegranates and olives. The city is witnessing a development in the tourism sector due to its location near historical and archaeological sites, in addition to its natural beauty
